Situated alongside the beautiful Llangollen Canal - between Ellesmere and Whittington on the A495, This is a welcoming, family-run pub with friendly atmosphere. The varied menu includes lunchtime snacks and 3-course dinners. Children are welcome and so are vegetarians. Real ales (CAMRA approved 1999) are available, as are special wines. For the summer there is a beer garden and a non-smoking dining room. No accommodation here
