Tollemache Arms

The Tollemache Arms was originally a farm building from the 1600's. It began trading as an inn in 1776, and has passed through many hands since then.

In late 2008, the inn was acquired by Robinson's of Stockport, after which it was extensively refurbished over a period of two months.

The Tollemache Arms is set in the small village of Alpraham, in the vicinity of some lovely picturesque villages such as Tarporley and Bunbury.

There is a large bar area with wood-burning fires, a separate dining room also with a roaring fire, and a separate residents' lounge containing a flat-screen television.

They serve good food everyday, sourced locally, and do both main meals and light bites. Check out the specials board each day.

There is a large beer-garden for the Summer.
