Tamworth Tap  

This is the brewery and tap for the Tamworth Brewery. Though they rarely serve one of their own as the owner is too busy to brew.

They serve eight guest ales on tap, plus draft Belgian beer. There is also a fridge stocked up with continental bottles and ciders. Beers are keenly priced as you would expect and were all in good condition.

The inside is small, this being a shop essentially, but seating is plenty (some upstairs) and encourages conversation. There is also access to the outside courtyard for the summer which has views of the Castle. The landing leading either to the garden or the toilets (upstairs) has a single seat if you are feeling unsociable.

No food here.

Dogs are welcome.
