The Hope Inn  

This is the brewpub for Fool Hardy Ales. as such it offers up to six of their own ales on at any one time. It also does guest ales for a grand total of eleven ales.

The pub also stocks a wide selection of continental beers in bottles plus a real cider.

The pub was originally a Hardy's Crown Ales pub in the first part of the 20th century.

There are two rooms, one either side of the front door. There is also a games room at the rear, where you can play table football and retro video games.

The lounge is the more comfortable of the seating areas to the right. There is though a raised seating area here.

The pub has modern decoration with wood floors.

There is no food served here, though they do have cold pies.

For the summer there is an outside drinking area.

Car parking is possible here so you are off the busy road.

Children are welcome, teenagers preferably.

Dogs are welcome, but not in the lounge.

Brewery tours are Thursday evenings.

CAMRA discount here; 10p a pint.

Smoking area outside.

WiFi available.
