George & Dragon  

Set in Speldhurst Village, 3 miles from Royal Tunbridge is the Gastropub The George and Dragon. It was set up on the 1st of November 2004.By Julian and Sarah Leefe-Griffiths. The original idea of what the place should be came from a visit to the Marche in Italy.

More a gastro-pub than a pub per se, they still serve a couple of good ales. However, it's not cheap here, so make a 'meal' of it.
