The Rising Sun  

Set within the heart of Shackerstone village, close to the Ashby Canal, you find this traditional family owned freehouse.

The bar is renowned for the quality of its real ales and serves Marstons Pedigree plus two guest ales.

There is also a pool room plus plasma screen.

Food is served here lunchtime Tuesday to Saturday 12-2 (all day Sundays) and evenings 6-9pm, including Sunday specials. There is a vegetarian selection.

Dogs welcome, as are children.
