This cask marque accredited pub opposite the village church has a wood burning stove for those cold winter nights and a beer garden for those 'hot' summers.

As a 150 year old building it is very intriguing inside and has live music and Morris dancing for entertainment. If you fancy a quiz then there is one on Sundays. It can get busy as it is only a small pub

Good home-cooked food is served here Tuesday to Sunday lunchtimes and Wednesday to Saturday evenings and it is good quality and value. They do a good selection of European wines with your meal too.
