The Baum  

Close to the bus station and next door to the Co-Op Museum, this pub serves up to seven real ales plus a real cider. They also have a good selection of world beers.

Inside it has an intimate feel with bare wood floors and is olde worlde.

Food is served daily Monday to Wednesday 11:30-8pm, Thursday to Saturday 11:30-9pm, Sunday 11:30-6pm. Choices are traditional and there is something for vegetarians/vegans.

For the summer there is a conservatory area at the back next to a walled beer garden/smoking area.
