The Garland  

Situated on the A23 just under the railway bridge to the south of the centre of town.

A very good ex-Harveys pub and virtually always has the full range of Harveys ales available plus Greene King now. On at the time were: Harveys Pale Ale, Harveys Mild (Available All year), Harveys Amarda, Harveys Old, Harveys Best, Harveys Christmas Ale. All very well kept.

Very friendly but sometimes can get a bit smokey. Not tried the food which I think is only available at lunch times. No accommodation but a very good pub and just about the cheapest in town
