White Hart

This is probably the best pub in Quorn which serves real ales. It also has a lot of character and a relaxed atmosphere.

The pub dates from the 1690's but it has been modernised over the years obviously and you couldn't really tell.

There are three distinct areas to this pub with a single wooden bar. All areas have wood burning fires. The beers on at the time were: Caledonian Duchars IPA, Greene King IPA, Taylor Landlord, plus guests.

Food is also served here 12-1.30 Mon-Sat and 12-3.30 Sun. Sorry, no evening meals here as I found out. Food is all home made and fresh so takes a little longer to arrive than pre-packaged stuff.

Seating in all areas is at wooden tables and chairs, with the occasional bench. Many of the areas have nooks and crannies and so it is not a regimented lay out. For the summer there is an outside area. No music or accommodation here.
