Ye Olde Salutation Inn  

The pub is the start of the Nottingham Ghost Walks held every Saturday at 7pm (except December).

They are about 1mile long and take 1¼hours and end in the haunted caves beneath the Inn.

An attractive, old atmospheric pub, part has old beams and flagstones.

The present house dates back to 1240 to replace a previous inn on the site.

Cave inside were once used as servant quarters and brewery.

It has a good range of good value real ales and food.

Serves up to 7 ales, many from local breweries.

Well worth seeking out.
