Braeval Hotel

The Braeval Hotel is a lively, friendly hotel and bar situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It overlooks Nairn beach and has uninterrupted views over the Moray Firth. The hotel offers comfort and a warm welcome to visitors all year round. Centrally located in Nairn, it is the perfect base for a short break or extended visit to the Highlands of Scotland.

The bar overlooks Nairn’s famous Victorian Bandstand after which it is named. It is popular with locals and tourists who enjoy the friendly atmosphere and bar food. In spring and summer, the sea food menu is a welcome addition to the bar menu. Meals can be enjoyed in the Sea View Conservatory.

You can also enjoy 6 real ales here with both Scottish and English ales available. The Braeval also has the Cask Marque award that shows its dedication to real ale.

Food is served here in the 25 seat restaurant - which is also available for weddings, parties and all types of private functions. Food is served daily 12–2.30pm and 5–8.30pm (except Sun when food starts at 12.30)

The Bandstand Bar recently won CAMRA Highlands & Islands PUB OF THE YEAR 2009.

There is accommodation here in eight bedrooms with hearty breakfast - there is a 10% discount for CAMRA members.

They hold a beer festival every March.
