The Big Lock  

The Big Lock pub serves up to 4 ales and has a weekly rotating beer policy.

They serve home-cooked fresh food daily - lunch and evening - and they do a filling Sunday carvery.

The pub itself is has a very friendly atmosphere. The summer sees people sitting out on the canal side relaxing with a beer and every first Sunday of the month there is a folk music evening.

A beer festival is held here every August, see website for details.

There is a meeting room for hire here and they serve the food as well.
