The Greyhound Coaching Inn  

The 18th century Courtyard is a central feature of The Greyhound Coaching Inn and Hotel. The original brickwork was carefully renovated during the extensive refurbishment of the Hotel and its facilities.

There is a traditional courtyard under the original coaching inn archway. During the summer months, the courtyard provides a pleasant atmosphere in which to relax and has been used on many occasions for outdoor entertaining, summer barbecues and parties.

You can enter the pub from the courtyard and find yoursel fin the lounge bar - a welcoming and relaxing place. There are lots of settle type seating with comfortable padding at square tables. The small bar sits in one corner and serves Greene King ales mostly. There is also a basement type seating area with low arched ceiling and a 'close' atmosphere of intimacy.

Food is served here 12-2pm and also in the evenings until 9.30pm.
