The Wheatsheaf Inn

Situated in the Vale of Lorton the 17th century Wheatsheaf Inn has some good views.

They swerve up to four real ales from Jennings with possible guest ales.

Food is served here 6-8.30 every night, plus 12-3 on Saturday and from 12 on Sundays. There are specialty nights (see website for details). Vegetarians also have a choice of food.

The bar is a cosy place to spend time, warmed by a real fire. Note the books and artifacts around the place.

The restaurant also has a real fire.

For the summer there is a beer garden with great views.

There is a large car park and also caravan and camping facilities.

Quiz night is Wednesday.
