Tyburn  

A modern pub not far from the Arch. It serves a range of beers on hand pump from its long bar to the right of entrance. It looks more like a shop with its full length plate glass windows and so you can feel a bit like a fishbowl, but don't let that put you off. Food is served here both lunch and evening.

It is traditional - meat oriented, though not too expensive for London.

Worth a stop if you are in the area.
