The Priory Arms

This is another real free house in London.

There are up to five real ales on some of which are constantly changing plus a selection of bottled Belgian/German beers - hence they stage a German beer festival here in October. They serve up to 5 continental beers on draught as well, plus a selection of fruit wines - something you don't see much of in London. Prices can be a bit steep for beer, but that's London, see their website.

Food is served only at lunchtimes - 12-2.30pm and till 5pm on Sunday. The selection tends to be sandwiches and traditional hot food, including burgers and themed food.

Seating is on a split level, the lower level has the bar on it and the upper has bench wall seating and large round firm 'bean bag' type seating.

This corner pub does not have a beer garden, but it is near Stockwell tube.
