The Charles Dickens  

The Charles Dickens serves up to six real ales from far and wide which change weekly. It has been a pub since the early 19th Century.

It has a rustic, cosy atmosphere inside in a traditional boozer setting. For the summer there is a beer garden and some seating out front.

They serve food here, though a vegetarian selection is limited. They serve lunch, dinner and Sunday Roast - Monday to Friday 12-3, 6-9; Saturday 2-6pm; Sunday 12-6pm. The menu changes along with the seasons and is freshly prepared by the Chef.

There is a quiz held here every Wednesday.
