Lion Tavern  

A grade 2 listed building, the Lion is part of the Cains brewery chain.

Every bit a Victorian gem, there is etched glass and carved wood inside.

The bar is separate from the rooms.

Beers are from Cains and of course guests.

Food (snacks) is served both lunch and evening - pork pies and cheese are good I'm told.

No accommodation here.
