The Clarendon  

The Clarendon is a town pub that serves the mainly student/university workers market as it is just behind the university and Victoria Park. It is on the corner of West Avenue and Montague Road.

There are two bars inside, the larger one has a mixture of sofas, large round tables and tall high stool stables. The bar is quite long so getting service is easy. The second area is smaller and quieter with more traditional seating.

There are four ales on here, nothing too adventurous, but all are real ales.

No food served here at present.

There is a small patio beer garden for the summer.

No accommodation here.
