A great village pub set near the Norfolk coast up the coast from Caister and not far from the Woodforde's brewery's home of Woodbastwick. A Woodforde's run pub it obviously has a good range of their beers all well kept and tasty. Food is also served here Monday to Saturday 12-2 and 6.30-9.30 and Sunday's 12-2.30. The food is good quality home made and with a rustic feel so beloved by the walkers round here. There is accommodation here - 5 rooms in all, one is a 4-poster as well. As there are special deals available it is best you contact the pub direct to find out how much it costs to stay here. For the summer there is a beer garden. Well worth a stop over if you are in the area.
