The Dartmoor Union Inn  

The Dartmoor Union Inn and Restaurant is situated in the village of Holbeton in the South Hams of South Devon, between Yealmpton and Modbury, about 10 miles to the east of Plymouth.

The Dartmoor Union’s award winning restaurant has an AA rosette award and is Les Routiers' Best Dining Pub of the year. It has a rich and varied menu for the restaurant, with lunches and bar snacks made with local produce. Booking is essential for the Dartmoor Union restaurant, especially at weekends.

It stocks a variety of wines and ales and even has its own micro brewery. The state of the art micro brewery is housed in a purpose-built brewery opposite the restaurant. Diners can view the large copper and wood-clad vats through the large picture windows.

The restaurant was awarded a prestigious AA Rosette within two months of opening. Where possible ingredients are sourced locally with fresh vegetables grown within sight of the inn.

The menu changes every two weeks with extra special dishes created daily. Bar snacks are available from the bar and, at lunchtime, you may wish to have two or three courses from the Set Lunch menu. These dishes may also be mixed with items from the other menus but will be charged individually.

The restaurant seats 30 and tends to be booked well in advance so early reservations are strongly recommended.

Food is served between 12-2pm, 6.30-9pm Mondays to Saturdays and 12-3.30pm, 6.30-9pm Sundays.
