Unfortunately this pub is closed at weekends. That said, it is a good pub during the week, with its beers from Adnams and a guest. Once on land owned by the Bishop of Ely, it is now on crown land. Inside it is a real 'boozer' with dark carpets and dark wood everywhere - note the bar overhang. A mixture of benches and stools await you and the tables all have a history of their own. Food is served here but only snacks. Worth seeking out if you can find it of course.
