The Phoenix  

This pub is right in the centre of the student quarter, so does have a DJ at the weekend, but it generally quieter during the week, although there is live sport shown here.

It does not serve real ales, but you can find some craft cans here. There are no handpumps, just keg fonts.

Food is served here most of the day till 10pm and is traditional pub grub.

One bar serves a large L-shaped room, containing large screen TV's for sports.

They accept CAMRA vouchers here.
