The Grey Goat Inn  

This is a terraced pub with street parking outside.

They serve Coniston Bluebird as a permanent ale plus a couple of guests - check out their ales board.

Food is served here too in the evenings 6-8.45pm, plus Sunday roast from 12. The food uses local produce where possible.

The inside is comfortable, if a little cramped, but that adds to the charm.

The Grey Goat is a good addition to the Cockermouth real ale scene.

There is accommodation here, though it is really a holiday cottage rather than B&B.
