Oddfellows Arms  

A very clean and tidy pub - two minutes walk from town centre - still in the process of being done up. Toilets immaculate, bar right in the centre creating a lovely atmosphere. Excellent food available, all cooked fresh off a blackboard price varying between ?7 and ?10 for mains. The food (served 12-2 and 6-9pm) is very filling - don't have a starter unless your starving. The staff are very friendly and found time to chat. No cigarette smoke to put up with here (smoke extractors fitted) and also the friendly atmosphere, no young drinkers just people talking and having a laugh. Good quality real ales well kept, served by friendly staff. There is a accommodation here. It is of good quality for the price, very comfortable with en-suite facilities.
