The Red Pump Inn

The Red Pump Inn is one of the oldest inns in the Ribble Valley, (rumoured to have been built before 1756) and is in the quaint hamlet of Bashall Eaves. It enjoys panoramic views of the countryside.

They serve a changing range of beers but can include Timothy Taylor's Landlord, Black Sheep, Grindleton and Moorhouses.

Food is served here (Tue-Fri 12-2.30pm, 6-9pm; Sat 12-9pm; Sun 12-7.30pm) using local produce. The menu changes to reflect the seasons. The menu is supported by a daily specials' board.

Children are welcome.

Accommodation here - three bedrooms.

They also have a Café and Delicatessen which sells home made breads, cakes, and pates. The café is not open in the winter.

You can eat outside if you wish, or at the bar, snug or dining room.
