The Kings Head

This is a great family run pub, situated by the 43rd bridge on the Coventry Canal, that serves the local area with up to three real ales. These tend to be from the larger brewers, like St Austell, but they are all served well.

Home cooked food is served here everyday lunch and evenings and all at reasonable prices - look out for the special offers, two for £x, etc. They also serve a traditional Sunday lunch. (Menu prices over are 2012)

The pub is warm and friendly and for winter there is a real fire. For the summer there is outside seating. On the outside it has a chalet look, on the inside it is a traditional pub with dark wood tables and chairs.

They can also cater for private functions.

It is within 100 meters of the railway station.
