Rose & Crown

The Rose and Crown Public House is a 200 year old traditional English Pub, and is located just off the Windsor Road in the hamlet of Woodside, off the Windsor Road, just half a mile from Ascot Racecourse. There is ample parking available, and they have a nice garden too. The Pub has been run by the Morris family for over 10 years, and they pride themselves on offering the highest quality of service in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Food is served here and the Rose and Crown offers both Al-a-Carte and bar menu food, with a Chef specials offered nightly. They have good wines to accompany the meal. If you like a change, they have theme nights, Thai and Spanish, which have freshly made authentic foods. The Rose & Crown has won a Rosette award for its food for the last 4 consecutive years. Food is served Monday to Saturday lunch 12-2.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday evenings 7-9.30pm and Sunday lunch 12-4pm. The Rose & Crown dates back over two hundred years, hence the cosy, homely atmosphere. The Bar is of a traditional pub type, with low, beamed ceilings and numerous tables for you to relax and enjoy your drinks and food. There is also a garden for summer alfresco drinking.
