Golden Ball  

A friendly pub on the other side of the river, but only a short walk from the railway station.

The Golden Ball serves real ales and home-cooked food using local produce. Food is available daily, usually at lunchtime and then again in the evening, but check as special holidays have different arrangements.

For the summer there is a beer garden.

You can also play darts and dominoes here plus other pub games. A pub quiz is held here once a week.

There is accommodation here.
