Bear Inn  

The Bear Inn and Hotel is one of the oldest pubs in Derbyshire. It overlooks miles of countryside of the Derwent valley.

It serves a couple of real ales and serves food at lunchtime and evenings. As this is a gastro pub be prepared to spend £10 on lasagne salad and chips (2009). There is a selection for vegatarians.

For the summer there is a beer garden and car park.
