The Mill Inn  

Lying at the base of Souther Fell and Blencathra in the tranquil and unspoilt village of Mungrisdale, The Mill Inn is a good setting for a visit to Cumbria. With the Glenderamakin River flowing below and the Lakeland fells above, you're sure to appreciate the striking and pleasant location of the 16th Century Coaching Inn.

Downstairs is a lounge bar with snug, games room with pool table and dartboard, and a no-smoking dining room where breakfast & evening meals are served. In summer you can relax in the beer garden beside the river, and in winter you can warm yourself by the open log fire.

Food is a mixture of the exotic and the traditional.

Dogs allowed overnight, but there is a charge.
