It has recently been refurbished throughout, and is a wonderful mixture of period detail and modern facilities. It has a huge floor space, with a carpeted restaurant, a delightful flagstoned lounge and bar, and a games room. A warm welcoming atmosphere and genuine value for money pub. The restaurant seats 60 people in comfort, and has a varied menu (12-2, 6-9; 12-2 Sun) which includes full business lunches, bar snacks and evening meals, all of which can be cooked to your individual taste.
