A large pub in Ratby by the bus stop for the 27A. They serve up to five ales at any one time and all were well kept. They also serve food here - all home cooked and specially prepared. For Sunday there is a traditional lunch selection. For the summer there is a beer garden and patio where you can sun yourself if you wish. Although we didn't see it on this occasion we are told there is a skittle alley. They are now holding the occasional beer festival too.
