A good pub of character a real fire with good food toilets very clean friendly pub with locals who are very friendly the owners Albert and Gladys were very welcoming and the room was very comfortable. A good selection of beers on including the Caledonian 80/- an excellent ale from the caledonian brewery. The pint was in very good condition, plus Morland Old Speckled Hen another good pint strong but gentle. Both ales were in great condition. Worth a visit.
