Virtually unchanged since Victorian times, this charming inn is known locally as The Low House. Beer is served from the tap room. There is no bar and customers sit on original high-backed settles and enjoy traditional Suffolk music on Tuesday lunchtimes. Home-cooked fare includes game duck and steak and kidney pie. Beers on at the time were Adnams Best and Broadside plus a guest ale from Earl Soham. There is plenty of parking available and coach parties are welcome. Children are also welcome and there is a family room & child's play area. If your child is a dog then they are welcome too. For the summer there is a beer garden.
