KEYNSHAM.

The Nursery Brewery took this pub over a couple of years ago, then closed itself. The pub remains and is now a free house. It still has real ale on tap - mainly guests from the local area. There is also a guest cider on. The feel remains of a good pub right in the middle of the high street, upturned barrels for furniture on bare floorboards. The place - Keynsham - is halfway between Bristol and Bath, and the Old Bank is a short walk from Keynsham railway station. You can easily stop off there for a quick one and get to either tourist attraction. No accommodation here but try: Manor Lodge Guest House
