This pub has changed hands a number of times, but as present seems settled. The beers are from Badger but are served well and they may have a guest ale soon. To be honest this is really a food pub and at present serves lots of Thai food. This is the authentic stuff, not out of a packet and so you might not recognise it if you have been elsewhere. It was filling and wholesome and not too expensive. There are tables out front for the summer and a real fire for the winter. Book if you are coming a long way as it can get busy most nights of the week. The decor is very 1980s twee country pub with dark thick carpet and dark wood tables and chairs. There are horse brasses around and old pictures of the village. The pub is right next to the church so you cant miss it.
