GODALMING.

The only family run freehouse in Godalming, this pub is just 5 minutes from the station. The Red Lion offers up to five guest ales plus Harveys BB. The pub holds regular beer festivals so keep an eye out for them. The public bar was refurbished in 2005 and is now more upmarket - so no dirty work boots please. Note the amount of pump clips on the ceiling attesting to the wide variety of ales on offer here. Food is served here both lunch and evenings and is cooked to order - they also do Sunday lunches. Well worth a stop off if you are in the area and as they stay open all day its a real bonus. Access for the disabled is possible to the bar. No accommodation here.
