CHURCH STRETTON.

The Ragleth Inn (Little Stretton, Church Stretton, Shropshire) (01694) 722711. Digby and Sue Chillcott are always on hand to welcome you to the Inn. Dating back to the 17th Century, The Ragleth Inn is one of the few remaining inns which has retained its natural charm and character - brick and tiled floor and dark woodwork. You can enjoy homemade, traditional food with fine real ales in a beamed interior with roaring real fires. A separate resauraunt is available. A fine selection of malt whiskys await you too! Real ales on at the time were: Hobsons Best, Salopian Jigsaw, Six Bells Big Nev. Grubby boots, wellingtons, children and dogs (of the well behaved varieties) are all welcome in the inglenook bar. The open fires provide a warm welcome in winter. Outside you can enjoy the attractive garden with lawns and specimen trees including a very rare Tulip Tree. Nestling at the foot of the Long Mynd hills and set in beautiful countryside just a few miles from the atmospheric and friendly Shrewsbury and Ludow. Accommodation here too Rating
