The pub has been under new management for some time now and has improved over its previous reputation. The Swan has gained Cask Marque accreditation for its ales and serves various wines also. Food is served here all day and prices are good. The selection is traditional but you need to check out the 'Chef's Specials' on the blackboard. They also do good Sunday roast lunches (lamb, beef, or pork) which have proved very popular. Accommodation is available here and all rooms are en-suite. Prices vary according to the day of the week you stay and are at present: Mon-Thu £40, Fri-Sat £30. Breakfast is an extra £5 for both sets of days.
