The Boat Inn  

Not far from the canal is the Boat Inn. It serves up to five real ales at any one time in the public bar and lounge configuration of this pub. Two further rooms are available, one a 'meat' room with the smoking hooks still visable and the other a rather quaint quiet snug. On the walls generally are pictures adding character to the venue.

Food is served here daily 12-3pm and 5.30-8.30pm, on Sundays it is 12-5pm.

A car park here and beer garden for the summer.

The pub hosts darts and domino teams.

Children are welcome when dining until 9.30pm.

Saturday is quiz night.
