The Royal Oak  

A free house not far from the A40 and Witney. It serves a selection of real ales and has a 30 seat restaurant.

The Oak was a coaching inn from the 17th century and you can still see its roots in the stone walls and fireplaces and of course the exposed beams.

Home-cooked food is served here both lunchtimes and evenings.
