THIS PUB IS CLOSED AT PRESENT.

I have to say I always thought Nuneaton would be a desert for real ale, but this place is a real find. It's right near the railway and bus stations just by ASDA.

It looks like it was one of those cheap and nasty pubs that serve keg only from the outside. Don't shout, but it doesn't look much. Inside it still retains that bottle bar feel with low booths and jukebox which can sometimes be a little too loud for conversation.

However, it serves up to eight guest ales and a real cider and perry. It also stocks a good selection mid-week, which cant be bad. There are usually two Belgian fruit beers on tap as well.

There is food served here on Sunday (12-4) using local and seasonal produce.

There is nowhere to park here, but you can use ASDA for up to 2 hours, just make sure you go buy some crisps to please them.

Access for the disabled is possible with some help and there is a disabled toilet.

Worth a visit if passing through or if local. It's right by the railway station and is the first impressive building you see as you exit.
