Newshouse

Popular two-room pub tucked away on a busy thoroughfare.

The walls of both the lounge and the bar are covered with framed front pages of local newspapers showing headlines stretching back over many years.

The public bar has a dartboard and a bar billiards table. Table skittles and dominoes are also available. There is also a giant TV screen, showing various sporting events.

This is the brewery tap for Totally Brewed and they have plenty of in both cask and keg. Real cider available.

Lunch served 12-3 Monday to Saturday, though baguettes, pies and cheeses are available all the time.

Note the tiles outside.

Not far from the station and close to the tram - 'Station'.

Family friendly.

Dogs welcome.
