The Jug and Glass

Situated on the A632, this 15th Century establishment has been newly refurbished and retains its character - real fire, disabled toilets, good access, and good bar with well stocked ales (Hardys & Hansons Bitter, Mild, Classic, and a guest beer, real ales of excellent quality). Food is served all day every day except Sunday evening (winter time,11.30-3.30pm and 6-9pm Monday-Saturday, Sunday lunch. Summer time, all day every day, except Sunday evening) and is good quality with generous portions, prices are keen too. There is a choice of restaurant or bar meals. Also, food is served in a friendly atmosphere. There is accommodation here: with good facilities and reasonable prices - rating 2. In a great location this pub is something special.
