The Cross Keys  

The Cross Keys is a Robinsons house with its ales on draught such as Hartleys XB, Robinsons Unicorn Best Bitter. It has as welcoming limed oak panelled bar.

Food is served here at lunchtimes Monday to Thursday 12-2pm and Friday & Saturday 12-3pm. It is also served in the evenings Monday to Thursday 5.30 - 8pm, and Friday & Saturday 5.30-8.30pm. Sunday food is served all day 12 to 8pm. An interesting traditional bar menu with such tasty old fashioned favourites as their own steak and ale pie, minted lamb henrie, currys, snacks, salads, roast gammon and quality, locally reared, English beef. Most of the meat on the menu is from local butchers in Silverdale and Arnside. Vegetarians are not forgotten - there is always a varied selection available plus a tasty menu of light bites, salads and starters. Puddings are a Cross Keys speciality with the sort Grandma used to make including treacle sponge and custard and the local favourite - sticky toffee.

A function room is available to hire with a late license.

For the summer there is a beer garden.

There is a snooker room here too.
