The Barn Owl  

The Barn Owl Inn is between Lymm and Altrincham and is a country pub. It is on the Bridgewater Canal and you can tie your barge up outside if you wish.

The pub has a reputation for ales from local and national breweries and also for the “gastro-pub food” that draws people from miles around. Home cooked food is served both lunch and evening and they also do an OAP menu.

Real ale is served here with 5 changing guest ales and two from Marston's.

In the summer you can sit outside by the canal and watch other people work their boats.
