Owned by the bass guitarist from Dire Straits. The East End Arms retains its sleepy and dreamy aspect. Situated on the edge in the New Forest. The saloon has a tiny bar and mismatched pews along with agricultural implements rusting on the ceiling, and bizarre pieces of pub memorabilia, including a mysterious log adorned with names, perched on a cluttered mantelpiece over the working fires.

The lounge is where you will find the food being served. Scrubbed pine tables and black and white photographs of the music world’s great and good are displayed.

For the summer there is a beer garden.

Upstairs are 5 en suite rooms for anyone who fancies making a holiday out of their trip to the New Forest.
