The Cat's Back  

Harveys bought The Cat’s Back and have turned it into a great locals pub. The house dates back to the mid 1800s when it is understood that the name was Ye Olde House At Home. This was later changed to The Foresters Arms. But now the Cat's Back.

A traditional boozer inside with bar seats and wood floors, there is a fireplace and large mirror at one end and seating is at tables and chairs.

All the beers are from Harveys and there are usually four ales on.

Food is served here six days a week and is traditional pub fayre.

Worth seeking out if you are south of the river.
